The eleventh memorial of the passing of the late Mamoun Beheiry

On 28/8/2013 MBC observed the eleventh memorial of the passing of Mr. Mamoun Beheiry with attendance of many present and past notables, members of his family, friends and colleagues, plus many other interested people. The program included an address by Ust. Ibrahim Moneim Mansour, the former minister of finance and the chair person of the center’s steering committee. He mentioned the accomplished of Mamoun Beheiry and the achievements of the center since its establishment. Dr. Sabir Mohamed Al Hassan, the former commissioner of the Central Bank of Sudan,  followed with a lecture titled “Mamoun Beheiry and the economic policies in the Sudan, the past and the future”. Dr. Mohamed Kheir Al Zubeir, the commissioner of the Central Bank of Sudan, Ambassador Mamoun Ibrahim Hassan and Dr. Lam Akol followed with comments. Dr. Hind Mamoun Beheiry talked on behalf of the deceased, and a fruitful discussion followed. The day also included a picture exhibit from the life of Mamoun Beheiry.
